Ålidenskolan is a Christian free school in Flen. We have been around for over 30 years and have sister schools in both Nyköping and Norrköping.

For the school year 2025/2026, we have approximately 120 students in grades F-9. You need to be able to create an accessible learning environment and use language-developing methods as well as formative assessment in your teaching.

You are expected to create good relationships, a conducive study environment, and a structured learning environment where interest in learning flourishes. A positive attitude and the ability to collaborate with colleagues, students, and parents are essential. Our values work is characterized by positive character education according to the See the Good method. As a school, we work on teaching quality according to the USiP concept.

You need to be familiar with the curriculum and keep yourself informed about research and developments in your subject area. You should be able to make relevant choices regarding teaching materials and methodology.

We are looking for a certified teacher who is qualified to teach physical education in grades 1-9. The position is 50%, but if you are certified in any of the other subjects we are looking for, it is possible to combine and increase the working percentage. Having longer experience in the teaching profession is an advantage.
