Teacher of Modern Languages - Spanish

Internationella Engelska Skolan Eskilstuna is now seeking a licensed teacher of modern languages Spanish who wants to make a difference in our students' development and learning.

Qualifications

As a Spanish teacher with us, you will plan and implement teaching that inspires a love for learning. You will create a safe and inclusive learning environment where every student has the opportunity to develop based on their individual circumstances. You will work closely with colleagues and actively contribute to the school's pedagogical development.

We are looking for someone who:

• holds a Swedish teaching license with qualifications to teach modern languages Spanish
• is confident in your leadership
• creates inspiring teaching and security in your student groups
• can express yourself well in spoken and written Swedish and English
• is motivated by seeing students develop and succeed
• has a good approach and the ability to establish and develop relationships with students, guardians, and colleagues
• enjoys collaborating and contributing to a positive work environment

About the Role

In the role of Spanish teacher, you will among other things:

• work towards a stimulating classroom environment for effective teaching and learning
• plan and implement teaching in French
• maintain the school's positive ethos and values, both inside and outside the classroom
• communicate with guardians about students' development, progress, and achievements
• follow up and document students' knowledge development
• provide mentorship for students
