Currently, we have six medical secretaries in Örnsköldsvik, belonging to the regional clinic for orthopedics, which operates at all three hospitals in the region. Your main placement and assignment will be linked to the operations in Örnsköldsvik. We work Monday to Friday.

We are now looking for a medical secretary for the summer of 2026. The position is a full-time summer temporary position from week 24 to week 33 or as agreed. Introduction will be based on individual needs.

Medical Secretary for Orthopedics, Örnsköldsvik Summer 2026

• The main task is to transcribe dictations
• Handle incoming documents and other tasks related to the assignment

We are looking for someone who

• Is a trained medical secretary
• Has good IT skills
• Has good skills in the Office suite
• Has good knowledge of Swedish in both spoken and written form
• Has good knowledge of medical terminology
• Has experience working with MedSpeech and Cosmic

It is an advantage if you

• Have knowledge of DRG classification or other medical classification systems
• Have experience working with quality registers and statistical registration
• Master the English language in both spoken and written form
