As a receptionist in Region Västernorrland, you are the face of the organization; you are the first point of contact for our residents and employees when they reach out to RVN. As a receptionist, you will be part of a team that includes both internal customer service and the reception at the Regional House, collectively referred to as customer service. Over time, you will have the opportunity to learn each area to become a robust unit. As a receptionist within RVN, you will enjoy a pleasant working environment with friendly colleagues, and you have the option to use wellness hours or wellness benefits. The switchboard's opening hours are Monday - Friday 07:00 - 19:30, and Saturday, Sunday, and public holidays are 09:00 - 19:00.

We are now looking for two receptionists to join our team! The position is a full-time temporary contract for the summer of 2026. Start date is by agreement until 2026-08-14.

Receptionist for Customer Service, Härnösand Summer 2026

As a receptionist with us, you will work with:

• Answering and forwarding calls both externally and internally
• Directing phone calls
• Ensuring that the database is kept updated with correct information
• Communicating which department inpatients are located in

You will work Monday - Friday during daytime hours as they currently are, but this may change.

We are looking for someone who

• Has a completed secondary education
• Has good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written

It is an advantage if you

• Have completed training in service and customer interaction
• Have experience working as a receptionist
• Have additional language skills
