The Regional Management Administration has three main tasks:

• To govern and support operations based on legislation and regulations.

We are now looking for a receptionist for the Central Reception at Sollefteå Hospital. The position is a full-time temporary position for the summer of 2026. Start date will be agreed upon until 2026-08-14.

Receptionist for Central Reception, Sollefteå Hospital Summer 2026 Job Responsibilities

The position involves administrative work in the reception with cash handling, visitor registrations, invoicing, and other daily administrative tasks.

We are looking for someone who

• Has a complete upper secondary education
• Has experience with administrative tasks, preferably within public administration
• Can effectively communicate information verbally and in writing
• Has very good knowledge of Swedish and English in both spoken and written form
• Has good computer skills
