As a recruiter with us, you are responsible for leading recruitment processes from start to finish – from requirement meetings and job postings to selection, search, interviews, and reference checks. You work closely with both candidates and clients and become an important partner in finding the right competence for their needs.

With us, you have the opportunity to delve into one of our four business areas and become an expert in your field. You collaborate closely with our salespeople, participate in client meetings, and act as an advisor on recruitment issues. You will be part of an engaged team of recruiters, consultant managers, and assistants. Here, you will have significant responsibility from day one.

When we hire consultants, you will also follow their journey further in the role of consultant manager. You will be their closest contact at Bravura and receive thorough training in areas such as labor law, leadership, and coaching to succeed in the role.

You have a strong commitment, are driven by development, and enjoy seeing the results of your work. We are looking for someone who has:

• A university degree, preferably in human resources, psychology, or labor relations

• At least one year of experience in recruitment

• Good communication skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
