ABOUT THE POSITION
In the role of payroll administrator, you will handle payroll management for external client companies in various industries and company sizes. You are responsible for the entire payroll process, from collecting and ensuring the quality of payroll data to payroll runs, reporting, statistics, tax documents, and holiday year transitions. You have an advisory role towards your clients and ensure that the delivery maintains high quality and complies with current laws and regulations.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Job Tasks
- Collect and manage payroll data
- Conduct payroll runs
- Maintain ongoing client dialogue and act as an advisor in payroll-related matters
- Prepare reports and statistics
- Be responsible for tax documents and holiday year transitions
WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO
- Has a post-secondary education in payroll or equivalent work experience
- Has previous experience in payroll administration and feels confident in larger payroll runs
- Is fluent in Swedish and has good knowledge of English as it is required in daily work
- Enjoys a role with responsibility and client contact
It is meritorious if you have
- Experience with the payroll system Agda PS
- Good knowledge of Excel
