Controller for Our Project Organization

Do you want to take on the role of financial business support to the project manager, analyze deviations and forecasts, and assess financial risks and opportunities in customer projects?

We are looking for someone who works with finance and wants to contribute to our strong growth journey and develop together with us.

We are currently seeking a Controller for our project organization.

Your Future Challenge

As a Project Controller, you will represent the finance department in customer projects. Here, different departments within the company collaborate to deliver on the commitments of the customer contract regarding time, cost, and quality. You will have a leading and coordinating role with support from various specialist roles within finance.

Depending on the project's nature and complexity, you will be responsible for:

• Compiling the project's financial reporting for project managers and finance management
• Analyzing and assessing the project's financial status and working with forecasts
• Engaging with key project resources on financial and business-related matters
• Monitoring the project's cost plan
• Being responsible for financial scenario analyses and investigations
• Analyzing and reporting the project's risks and opportunities
• Participating in customer meetings and contract negotiations, as assigned by the bidding and project managers
• Participating in external and internal financial audits

Who You Are

We are looking for someone with an academic degree in finance or economics. Previous experience in controlling and business systems such as SAP is advantageous. You can communicate fluently in both Swedish and English and have excellent skills in Excel.

You are a driven team player, take initiative, and enjoy working with a mix of new and recurring tasks. You thrive in an environment where change is part of everyday life.
