We are looking for a Commercially Oriented Controller

We are looking for someone who works with finance and wants to contribute to our strong growth journey and develop together with us.

We operate in an exciting industry where both existing customer contracts and tender work are central!

Your future challenge

As a Commercially Oriented Controller, you enjoy commercial issues and interaction with the client's financial representatives in the project organization.

You represent the finance department in tender work and collaborate with various departments within the company to deliver on our commitments regarding time, cost, and quality. You have a leading and cohesive role with support from various specialist roles within finance.

Depending on the nature and complexity of the tender, you will among other things;

• Drive the financial directives and structure of the tender
• Be responsible for producing the financial decision-making documents related to the tender work
• Drive the financial progress of the tender and report to the tender leader and finance management
• Analyze the company's financial impact based on the tender's direction and the client's requirements
• Engage in dialogue with leading tender resources on financial and business-related issues
• Create the financial plan for the tender
• Be responsible for financial scenario analyses and investigations during the tender
• Drive, analyze, and report on the tender's work regarding risks and opportunities
• Participate in customer meetings and contract negotiations, as assigned by the tender leader
• Take a significant role in external and internal financial audits of our tenders

Who you are

We are looking for someone with an academic degree in finance or economics. Previous experience in handling commercial issues, contract negotiations, and controlling is an advantage. You communicate fluently in both Swedish and English and have excellent skills in Excel.

You are a driven team player who enjoys working with a mix of new and recurring tasks. You thrive in commercial matters and in an environment where change is part of everyday life.
