About the Role

As a staffing assistant, you will work with short-term staffing and interim positions of up to three months. You play a central role in ensuring that our operations receive the right competence in the right place at the right time.

You are the link between managers, clients, and interim staff, contributing to smooth staffing even when conditions change rapidly. The role combines planning, coordination, and administration – perfect for you who enjoy variety and responsibility.

Your Tasks

• Handle and coordinate short-term staffing and interim positions
• Match operational needs with the right competence
• Act as a contact person for managers, clients, and interim staff
• Work with administrative tasks related to staffing
• Contribute to effective and sustainable staffing solutions

Who Are You?

You have a completed high school education, good IT skills, and express yourself fluently in Swedish, both verbally and in writing. You thrive in a social role where the pace can be high and where collaboration is crucial for success.

You work in a structured manner, meet deadlines, and have an easy time seeing the big picture. With a service-oriented and professional approach, you build good relationships – both internally and externally. You take responsibility, work independently, and contribute with a positive attitude in everyday life.

Meritorious Experience

It is meritorious if you have experience in staffing work or customer service, as well as if you have previously worked within care and welfare or LSS/Functional Support. If you have also worked in the Medvind system, this is seen as an extra asset.

We Offer You

We offer a summer interim position during the period June – August 2026, with a start date to be agreed upon. Working hours are scheduled for both weekdays and weekends, and we apply a flexible workplace. You will receive a meaningful and developmental job with great freedom under responsibility, where you contribute to ensuring staffing in socially important operations. Individual salary setting applies.
