Job Information
In the role of Recruitment and Consultant Manager Assistant, you will work 1-2 days a week alongside your studies. Your schedule will be set weekly based on our workload and your study schedule. During breaks, there is an opportunity to work full-time and substitute as a consultant manager, where you, together with other assistant teams across Sweden, manage daily operations.

At the Sundsvall office, a close-knit team with extensive experience is looking forward to welcoming you. Here you will receive all the tools you need to develop and build a career in recruitment. Once you finish your studies, there are good opportunities to continue in a full-time position at the company, just like many of our previous assistant stars have done across the country.
 

Job Responsibilities
As a consultant manager assistant, you will support the consultant managers with all parts of the recruitment process across various business areas, such as finance, technology, and IT. You will, among other things:

• Screen and select applications
• Conduct phone interviews and reference checks
• Support consultant managers during contract writing and interviews
• Handle administration
• Answer questions from candidates and consultants via email and phone
• Assist with time reporting

You will follow a clear training plan to learn all tasks, and the entire team will support you along the way. When you feel confident in your tasks, you will have the opportunity to take on greater responsibility in our processes. The goal is for you to be able to substitute for our consultant managers during holidays in December and summer.
 

We are looking for someone who:

• Is studying, preferably in HR/Behavioral Science or a similar field, with at least 1 year left of your studies.
• Ideally has previous work experience where you have had customer contact and been able to use your initiative and take responsibility.
• Has good knowledge of the Office suite
• Feels comfortable communicating in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing.
