Administrator for the Nova Team at Söderberg & Partners

We at Söderberg & Partners in Sundsvall are looking for a new colleague for our Nova team – we warmly welcome your application!

Nova is a proprietary digital service where we collect insurance documents from various insurers in one place, creating a smooth and structured working method for the advisor. We are a friendly team of six people who both manage the daily work and the ongoing development of the service.

In your role, you will:

• Administer and manage insurance documents in our proprietary system
• Provide support via email to our insurance brokers, administrators, and partners
• Quality assure incoming documents and cases to ensure correct workflows
• Follow up and report deviations and contribute to improved work processes
• Maintain ongoing dialogue with our IT function regarding issues related to systems, development, and improvements
• Contribute to the development and automation of our administrative workflows and our product Nova

Qualifications

• Administrative experience, preferably within the insurance industry
• Good computer skills with experience working in multiple systems.
