Regardless of the activity, we work towards the same goal: to be a great place to live, work, and thrive.
We are currently in an exciting development phase. We are a pioneer in digital development and artificial intelligence, leading the work to create smart solutions for the future public sector.
Sundsvall plays a central role in the green transition in northern Sweden. We are convinced that the right places for this transition are here. As a municipality, we are preparing to grow by preparing land, creating new educational opportunities, marketing the municipality, and welcoming new residents from around the world.
Your New Workplace
The Individual and Labor Market Administration (IAF) works to strengthen individuals' opportunities for independence through various initiatives within individual and family care, labor market, and adult education.
The operations are organized into four areas: Work and Income, Children, Youth and Family, Substance Abuse and Mental Health, and Adult Education.
The Work and Income operation is currently in an exciting development phase related to the new activity requirement, where some parts are already established while others are being developed throughout the year. As a job coach, you will have the opportunity to work cross-professionally and contribute to several parts of the operation based on both the participants' needs and the continued development of the operation.
The activity requirement aims to ensure that each participant, based on their circumstances, takes active steps towards work or studies through increased participation, structure, and personal responsibility.
The operation offers motivating and health-promoting initiatives, support in job searching, work training, and mobile coaching in practice with internal and external employers, as well as group activities focusing on language, health, and labor market skills.
Do you want to help develop the future labor market initiatives with us? Welcome with your application!
Your Contribution as a Job Coach

You provide individual support, coach, motivate, and activate participants towards work or studies while contributing to the development of the operation.
Your tasks include:
