As part of our continued development, we are now looking for a business developer for a new role where you will play an important part in driving development and improvement work within the organization.

Your Contribution as a Business Developer

As a business developer, you will work closely with management, supervisors, and employees to improve, streamline, and develop the company's processes, routines, and working methods. You will have an important role in translating strategy into practice and driving change and development work within the organization.

Your Responsibilities Include:

• Supporting managers and employees in implementing new working methods, tools, and techniques.
• Analyzing the current situation and identifying areas for improvement and development within the organization.
• Developing, documenting, and implementing processes and routines.
• Driving and participating in development and improvement projects.
• Following up and measuring the effects of implemented improvements.
• Contributing to streamlining working methods and creating structure within the organization.
• Monitoring the external environment.

Your Skills and Experience

We are looking for someone with an academic background in areas such as organization, technology, economics, social sciences, or similar fields that the employer considers relevant for the position. You have several years of experience in business development, process work, or change management. You have a very good ability to express yourself in both Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing. We place great importance on personal suitability!

You also have:

• Experience with knowledge methodologies such as Lean, PDCA, Six Sigma, or similar.
• Experience in project management and cross-functional collaboration.
• A valid driver's license (B).

As a person, you are confident and have the ability to build trust within the organization. You collaborate well with both employees and managers and can lead others through change. You create structure in complex contexts and drive development work through dialogue, participation, and clear direction. With an analytical and solution-oriented approach, you identify improvement opportunities, translate insights into concrete results, and contribute to development.
