Clavister is a Swedish cybersecurity company that develops and sells market-leading cybersecurity solutions for critical societal operations. In a time of increased geopolitical uncertainty, we see a steadily growing demand for our products and services. Therefore, we are now looking for an experienced Senior Business Controller to join our finance team in Örnsköldsvik.

In this role, you will have a central position in the company where, through analysis, structure, and business understanding, you contribute to creating transparency, supporting decisions, and driving Clavister's continued growth journey. You will work closely with the management team and operations, having significant influence over both working methods and the development of financial processes.

• Drive the budgeting and forecasting process in close collaboration with the operations

• Prepare decision-making materials for the management team and other leaders

• Be responsible for analysis and data preparation for governance and follow-up of operations

• Develop methods for product and profitability analysis

• Further develop financial reporting tools

• Be responsible for the implementation and management of the company's business system

As part of Clavister's growth journey, the company plans to upgrade its current business system. Therefore, you will have overall responsibility for the implementation of a new business system. Experience and interest in business system issues are a requirement, and previous experience in business system implementation is an advantage.

We are looking for someone with at least 10 years of experience working as a Business Controller who thrives in a role with both strategic and operational responsibilities. You are analytical, structured, and business-oriented, with the ability to see the big picture without losing sight of the details.

• Are self-driven, unpretentious, and enjoy collaborating with others

• Communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

• Have a good understanding of accounting issues; experience with IFRS is an advantage
