Söderberg & Partners' administration unit in Sundsvall is growing, and we are currently looking for several administrators.

Our administrators are the backbone of our operations, providing stability and trust to advisors and clients. You will specialize in administration within life and pensions. As an administrator, you will develop a high level of knowledge in your field and support our advisors and clients in the administrative processes. This may involve signing insurance policies, terminating insurance policies, sending out forms to clients, ensuring that employees are booked for advisory meetings, as well as answering questions and delivering information to client companies. You will be a cohesive link between the advisors, insurance companies, and clients, and the work is both independent and varied. Typically, the administrator has a contact person at each company with whom they have regular contact, and you will also interact with various insurance companies and, to some extent, the employees of client companies.

The arrangements for client companies vary, and different insurance companies have different rules and handling, making the position broad and varied. We place great value on providing excellent customer service and helping clients with information.

Our internal training programs are comprehensive, and even though you work independently, we support each other in teams and help solve various issues.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in administration.
• Self-driven, service-oriented, and meticulous.
• Can identify with our values of being Responsible, Helpful, Driven, and Courageous.
• Very good ability to communicate in Swedish, both spoken and written.

It is an advantage if you have experience in insurance administration or have an education in what we consider a relevant field, such as insurance.
