We are looking for an enthusiastic and versatile communicator for an assignment in Sundsvall! If you are a recent graduate in communication or have a few years of experience and are ready to take the next step in your career, this could be the position for you. This role is broad, where you are expected to handle both administrative tasks and contacts with external parties. Therefore, we prefer that you are computer literate, quick to learn, and have previous experience in administrative work. You are also creative, outgoing, and solution-oriented.

• Plan, produce, and publish communication materials across various channels.

• Coordinate and manage contacts with external parties, such as partners and suppliers.

• Support the organization in communication-related matters and contribute creative solutions.

• Perform administrative tasks related to communication work.

• Work in and administer various digital tools and systems.

• Ensure that information is updated, correct, and accessible.

• Contribute to the development and improvement of internal and external communication processes.

• You have an education in media and communication studies or another equivalent qualification.

• You speak and write fluent Swedish and English.

• You are motivated by meeting new people and want to go the extra mile.

• You are quick to learn and approach your tasks in a careful and analytical manner.

Scope: full-time

Salary: individual salary setting (Collective agreement Unionen)
