About the job

You will work with the administration and investigation of cases that vary in scope and complexity. This means that you will review and assess different types of estate inventory cases. With the support of laws and regulations, you will make an assessment and make decisions. The cases you will handle require speed and efficiency. Many cases are simple and quick, while others take more time.

Providing service to our customers is a given. You will have daily contact with individuals, public actors, and companies via phone, email, and mail. A certain amount of administrative work is included.

You will independently manage your cases and collaborate with others. We work based on a team-oriented approach, which means that you work closely with your colleagues and together you work towards common goals. In teamwork, you will also take responsibility and help drive the work forward. You will learn and gain new knowledge both broadly and deeply. It is a given for us that you should have a balance between work and leisure.

The estate inventory operations are part of the Folk- and Property Department at the Swedish Tax Agency. In our estate inventory sections, we are about 30 people. The place of employment is Härnösand.

About you

In this job, you should:

You should also have:

• a university degree of at least 180 higher education credits (120 hp in the old system) in economics, law, or another relevant field for the position, or current and relevant work experience where you have worked with administrative tasks involving investigation and decision-making.

It is desirable that you have current and relevant work experience from the public sector where you have worked with administrative tasks involving investigation and making independent decisions. It is also desirable that you have current and relevant work experience in family law, either through coursework or practical work at, for example, a law firm or funeral home.

Good to know

The employment is permanent and may start with a six-month probationary period.

Employment with us may involve placement in a security class. A security review with background checks according to the Security Protection Act (2018:585) may therefore be conducted before a decision on employment. For some of our tasks in security class, Swedish citizenship is required.

In this job, due to the nature of the tasks, there is no possibility to work from home.
