As a customer service representative in Region Västernorrland, you are a linking function between operations, you are the one who receives and manages internal service requests and

product orders. You will be part of a workgroup that includes the internal customer service, switchboard, and reception at the Regional House. As a unit, we are called customer service, and as time goes on, opportunities will be given to learn each respective area so that we can become a robust unit. As a customer service representative within RVN, you are offered a pleasant working environment with friendly colleagues, and you have the opportunity to use wellness hours or wellness grants. The internal customer service hours are Monday - Friday 07:00 - 16:00.

We are now looking for two administrators to join our team! The position is a full-time temporary position over the summer of 2026. Start date will be agreed upon until 2026-08-14.

Administrator for Internal Customer Service, Härnösand Summer 2026 Job Responsibilities

• Receive orders via phone calls and web orders
• Create work orders and contact on-call staff
• Receive service requests

We are looking for someone who

• Has a complete upper secondary education
• Has good knowledge of Swedish and English in both spoken and written form

It is an advantage if you

• Have completed training in service and administration
