Medical Administrator Wanted at Region Värmland

Do you want to contribute to effective and secure information management in the region? We are looking for a medical administrator who wants to work in an engaged team and support our operations during the summer.

Your Workplace

The System Support Unit is part of the regional management office's secretariat department. We work to develop and digitize processes related to the region's system support for case and document management, e-archives, and several other administrative operational systems.

With us, you will work alongside colleagues who support each other, value engagement, are responsible, and where collaboration and your skills are appreciated.

Your Responsibilities

You will play an important role in a work environment where quality, structure, and accuracy are in focus, and together with five colleagues, you will work on:

• scanning medical records from the region's healthcare services and private providers
• handling and scanning personnel documents
• ensuring that the workflow in the scanning process runs smoothly
• maintaining contact with medical administrators in the region's various operations.

Your Skills and Competencies

We are looking for someone who is a trained medical administrator. Experience with similar tasks is an advantage.
