Together with the team, you will maintain a high delivery capacity and continuously deliver benefits to users and train travelers.

IKT Railway is on an exciting journey where we are undergoing a transformation of both the technical platform and our working methods. The goal of the journey is to modernize our technical platform where we will work with the latest .NET versions, test-driven development, short lead times to production, and an application environment where we primarily want to work with containers and Kubernetes at the core.

Our teams consist of various roles and competencies that collaborate in an agile working method. In the teams, we constantly work to develop and improve our working methods. We exchange ideas and innovation proposals, and together we solve the challenges we face. As a Senior System Developer at the Swedish Transport Administration, you will help facilitate everyday life for residents and businesses across Sweden.

You love to dive into the technology and learn about the operations that the IT systems are meant to support, to develop solutions that satisfy users in collaboration with the operations. A prerequisite for succeeding in this is that you can communicate about the technical solutions in a way that is easy for others to understand, and that you eagerly take in different perspectives.

  • observability with e.g., Elastic/Kibana
  • TDD (Test-Driven Development) and/or BDD (Behavior-Driven Development)
  • systems within traffic management, transport, telecommunications, or other critical infrastructure
