Your Responsibilities

As a Data Integrity Engineer within CTS, you will be responsible for secure and stable connectivity between customers' facilities and Siemens Energy's cloud solutions (STA-RMS). You will work with design, configuration, and support of site connections (cRSP) and data collectors, ensuring that operational data is transmitted correctly and maintains high quality.

The role involves close collaboration with both customers and internal teams where you act as a technical expert in networking, remote connections, and data integrity. You will also participate in testing new solutions and contribute to the continuous improvement of systems and working methods with a focus on availability, operational reliability, and data quality.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Be responsible for network configuration and remote connection of control systems and equipment via Siemens Energy systems.

  • Install, configure, and support data collection solutions.

  • Maintain and troubleshoot existing connections and VPN solutions.

  • Investigate and resolve issues related to connectivity and collected customer data.

  • Ensure correct and secure transmission of operational data to the cloud solution (STA-RMS).

  • Participate in operational testing of new data collection and connectivity solutions.

  • Provide technical support during the sale of data and remote connection products.

  • Assist customers in the design and requirements specification of site installations.

  • Collaborate with diagnostic engineers in daily monitoring and analysis matters.

  • Contribute to the development and improvement of data collection processes and solutions.

The role combines technical depth in networking and IT/OT environments with customer contact and problem-solving in a global context.

Your Profile

The position involves direct contact with end customers to facilitate design, installation, and support. Siemens Energy has customers worldwide, both internal and external.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in IT (Information Technology).

  • Experience in network services (networking and communication).

  • Self-driven, service-oriented, and structured in your work approach.

  • Good command of English, both spoken and written.

They require on-site presence 5 days a week.
