About the position
Itsam is a municipal association responsible for IT operations for several municipalities. Here, an engaged team with broad expertise in IT operations and user support works in an environment where collaboration, dialogue, and knowledge sharing are central.
In the role of second line support technician, you will be an important part of the support chain and act as a spider in the web between users, first line, and other technical functions. You will handle cases that require both technical understanding and good communication, driving the work forward in close collaboration with colleagues and users.
You will contribute with your system understanding, support in troubleshooting, and act as a sounding board in IT-related questions, while also helping to develop working methods and processes.

Responsibilities
- Case management, in-depth basic troubleshooting.
- Access management
- In-depth troubleshooting for clients, software, and application management
We are looking for someone who
- Has previously worked in first line or second line support and has experience with:
- Office 365 / Google Workspace
- Active Directory & access management.
- Windows 10/11
- Client hardware
- ITIL
- Communicates fluently in Swedish and English
