Your Role

As a project manager, you play a central role in driving and leading complex projects in a high-tech and development-intensive organization. You are responsible for the entire project lifecycle - from initiation and planning to execution and closure.

The work involves close collaboration with both internal functions and external stakeholders, where you ensure that deliveries are made with the right quality, within given timeframes and budget.

You lead projects, sub-projects, and activities and are responsible for planning and securing access to necessary resources. An important part of the role is to continuously follow up on the project's progress, including finances, risks, and results, and to report this to project management and steering groups.

Your Profile

We are looking for an experienced project manager with a strong interest in technology and a track record of leading complex projects in a changing environment.

• You have at least five years of project management experience and a relevant university or college degree.
• You thrive in a structured organization where you work according to established processes, while also being able to quickly adapt to new conditions.
• You are a skilled communicator who easily collaborates with different roles and creates engagement in teams to achieve set goals.
• You are self-driven, proactive, and have a good understanding of the importance of continuous development - both for yourself and your team.
• You have a strong drive, are solution-oriented, and have a business-like approach with a clear focus on delivery.
• We place great importance on your personal qualities and your ability to contribute to and complement the team.

Excellent knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written, is a requirement.

The position requires you to undergo and be approved according to the current regulations for security protection. For positions where Saab has requirements for security classification, this may entail requirements for certain citizenship.
