You will play a key role in the work of verifying and validating advanced electronic systems within Active Safety. You will be part of an operation within the automotive industry where you work cross-functionally with teams in systems, hardware, software, and testing. The role encompasses the entire validation chain, from requirements analysis and test preparations to follow-up, reporting, and documentation. You will have a significant opportunity to influence work methods, contribute to technical decisions, and drive improvements within the validation area.

• Plan, document, and execute validation tests based on internal and customer requirements.
• Analyze requirements and prepare test cases and test activities for advanced embedded systems.
• Follow up on test execution and report test results in a clear and structured manner.
• Contribute to system and product architecture as well as design at the system, hardware, software, and testing levels.
• Identify, assess, and manage risks within the validation process.
• Report and escalate technical issues to relevant forums or management.
• Collaborate closely with development teams in systems, hardware, software, and testing to ensure quality and delivery.
• Contribute to competence development and knowledge sharing in the team by sharing experiences and driving improvement work.

• Master's degree or equivalent in systems engineering, electronics, computer science, or a similar technical field.
• At least 5 years of experience in testing and validating advanced embedded systems.
• Good ability to lead, plan, coordinate, and follow up on projects and technical activities.
• Fluent in Swedish and English, with a good ability to convey information clearly and structured.
• Able to work independently while also collaborating effectively in cross-functional teams.
• A structured and meticulous working style as well as experience in driving work forward in a changing technical environment.

• Pension plan (4.5% up to 7.5 IBB and 30% on salary above that)
• Wellness allowance of 5,000 SEK per year
