Job Description

We are now looking for a backend developer with an interest in integration platforms or a few years of experience in system development. As a system developer in the integration area, you will work independently and collaborate with others in the group and be part of Region Östergötland's ICC team (Integration Competence Center). Your assignments will vary and can consist of everything from large projects to smaller tasks over a few days, but you will always have a close relationship with the customer and colleagues.

When you join us, you will first receive an introduction to our workplace and your assignment, of course based on your needs. We can then offer you varied tasks, development opportunities, and a pleasant office in central Linköping. Your work will be carried out both individually and together in teams, and what we do is of great help to many within Region Östergötland, from employees to patients. The work we perform creates significant societal benefits, maintaining and developing future integration solutions for healthcare actually contributes to saving lives.

The Work Group

We are a dedicated team of a total of seven people – one team leader, three system developers, and three colleagues who work with the operation and support of our integration platforms. Together, we are responsible for creating robust and effective flows that connect the organization's system landscape.

Our technical area is broad and includes, among other things:

• Microsoft BizTalk – to build integration solutions
• Tyk API Management – to manage and secure APIs
• Microsoft SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) – to retrieve and process data
• UI Path Robotic Process Automation (RPA) – to automate and simplify manual processes

In the coming years, we will modernize parts of our integration platform.

About You

We are looking for someone who wants to work with system integration. You are proficient in development in one or more of the following areas: C#, databases (T-SQL), Microsoft's Business Intelligence stack (primarily SSIS). It is advantageous if you have worked with any of the following technologies: Microsoft BizTalk, API development, RPA (Robotic Process Automation), Team Foundation Server.

You have a university degree in IT or equivalent experience. You have good knowledge of both Swedish and English, in both spoken and written form.

You are a pronounced team player and enjoy continuously learning, but also sharing your knowledge. You have a sense of quality and work in a structured manner. You see the whole picture but can also dive into detail within your own role's area. You easily adapt to changing circumstances and can view changes as something positive.
