Your Role

As an OpenStack Developer, you will play a key role in how we consume infrastructure services. You will be part of a DevSecOps development team, and we operate under the idea of "You built it - You run it", so you will work on both development and maintenance.

You will not come to a ready-made buffet; instead, you will truly have the opportunity to influence how our services will look, and all initiatives will be logged in the team’s roadmap, from which the team’s Jira board will be maintained.

In this position, you can be based in Huskvarna, Jönköping, Gothenburg, Linköping, Karlskrona, Stockholm, or Malmö.

Your Profile

This is the role for you if you are passionate about software development at the forefront of technology and do not compromise on security. You are a positive, outgoing, driven, results-oriented person and a true team player. You are organized and understand the value of sharing knowledge, and you strive to deliver beyond expectations. You can communicate confidently in both Swedish and English.

We would like you to have:

• Worked with OpenStack for at least 3 years
• Experience working Agile with tasks and prioritizing backlogs

We would also like you to have experience in any of the following areas:

• SCRUM and Agile development methodology
• CI/CD methodology
• Container infrastructure (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Scripting/programming in languages such as Bash, Python, Go
• Version control in Git
• Automation IaC: Ansible, Terraform, Flux CD.

It is also advantageous if you have experience in service development, primarily IaaS but also PaaS, and have experience with public cloud.

The position requires you to undergo and be approved according to the applicable security protection regulations. For positions where Saab has requirements for security classification, this may, in some cases, require certain citizenship.
