The Joint Management Administration consists of the areas of Democracy & Service, Economy & Procurement, Working Life & Digital Technology, Strategic Community Planning, Emergency Services & Safety, and the staff.

The administration's mission is to lead, support, and coordinate the entire municipal organization on behalf of the municipal council. This is done by focusing on the needs of the customer and having a holistic view and common working methods. We are a learning organization that promotes innovation and learning from both the environment and each other.

We are looking for an engaged IT support technician for our service desk. As an IT technician - support technician, you will work on the front line, receiving and supporting users as well as managing and resolving incoming cases, while also contributing to back office work to improve and streamline our delivery. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Receive and register cases via phone, visits, and case management systems
• Troubleshoot and resolve incidents and service requests
• Provide professional and pedagogical support to users
• Ensure good quality in documentation and case management
• Work with in-depth troubleshooting and case management
• Update and create knowledge articles in our knowledge database
• Participate in improvement work of processes and working methods
• Contribute to structure and quality in our service desk

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience in IT support or service desk
• Has good knowledge of Windows, client management, Office 365, Permissions in AD, and basic networking
• Is service-oriented, solution-focused, and communicative
• Has the ability to work systematically and has good analytical skills
• Thrives both in direct user contact and with more independent back office work
• Has a very good ability to communicate in Swedish, both spoken and written

It is an advantage if you:

• Have worked according to ITIL or similar frameworks
• Have experience with case management systems
• Have worked with knowledge management or improvement work
