You will be part of an assignment in advanced avionics development focusing on safety-critical software. Here, you work in a technically demanding environment where quality, safety, and traceability are crucial at every step. You collaborate closely with developers, testers, and systems engineers in the development of an avionics platform, aiming to ensure high functionality and that the solution meets relevant requirements and standards.

• Work with requirements management and break down system requirements to software level
• Develop and test software in C/C++
• Establish and maintain unit tests
• Contribute to the verification of the software to ensure functionality and quality
• Document work according to applicable standards for safety-critical systems
• Collaborate closely with developers, testers, and systems engineers in the project

• Relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, such as electrical engineering, computer engineering, systems engineering, or equivalent
• 1–3 years of relevant work experience in software development
• Experience in software development in C/C++
• Experience in test development and verification
• Good ability to work systematically with requirements and technical documentation

• Experience in developing safety-critical systems
• Experience working according to relevant standards, such as DO-178C

• Permanent employment at Avaron AB
• Occupational pension (4.5% up to 7.5 IBB and 30% on salary above that)
• Health and wellness allowance of 5,000 SEK per year
