About the Position

Do you want to work in IT support at a large and well-known company with great development opportunities? We are now looking for a support technician for second line support at Saab in Linköping.

The position is a consulting assignment starting immediately and extending through the end of the year, with the possibility of extension.

Your Main Responsibilities

You will be part of the second line support team where the work involves resolving user issues and requests via phone and remote control tools.

• Handle and resolve technical problems escalated from First Line support.
• Perform troubleshooting and diagnostics on software, hardware, and network-related issues.
• Ensure that IT services and systems function optimally for the company's users.
• Work with system documentation, user manuals, and procedures to improve support processes.
• Collaborate with other technical departments to find long-term solutions to recurring problems.

Who Are You?

To succeed in this role, we see that you have good communication skills, are service-oriented, and possess strong problem-solving abilities.

• Have experience in IT support, preferably within Second Line.
• Have good knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, Office 365, and network principles.
• Have the ability to solve technical problems efficiently and with high quality.
• Can work in a structured manner and enjoy working both independently and in a team.
• Speak and write Swedish and English fluently.
• Experience in systematic troubleshooting.
• Experience working in ticketing systems.
• At least 2 years of experience in end-user support.
