RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Test Leader at the Swedish Prison and Probation Service, you will lead and drive testing work across various areas. You will work closely with other colleagues in both operations and IT. The Test Leader works both in ongoing management, such as upgrades, but may also become involved in projects. The procurement projects that the Swedish Prison and Probation Service conducts also require test leadership to verify that the requirements set for the systems are met.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who has:

• A university degree in a relevant field such as computer science, systems science, or similar, or other education combined with experience that the Swedish Prison and Probation Service deems relevant
• Several years of experience in test leadership in complex environments
• Experience in developing test strategies and plans as well as following up on planned tests
• Experience in ensuring that test cases are traceable from requirements and at the right level
• Experience in agile working methods such as Scrum or Kanban
• Experience in leading and collaborating with others in IT and operations
• Experience in acceptance testing and the ability to lead operations through the testing process
• Knowledge of test case design
• Ability to express yourself well in spoken and written Swedish

It is advantageous if you have:

• Certification in test management (ISTQB)
• Experience with Azure DevOps Test Plans
• Experience in test automation
• Experience in working with integrations
• Experience in working with procured standard systems
• Experience in test leadership for standard systems
