We are looking for an experienced Configuration Manager with technical system understanding and strong skills in requirements management. You will enter a high-tech and security-critical environment within the defense and aerospace industry, where you will play a central role in creating structure, traceability, and quality in configuration management and requirements work.

• Work with requirements management and configuration of technical information in DOORS
• Develop, write, and review technical specifications
• Contribute technical understanding in system engineering-related issues
• Ensure structure and traceability in configuration management
• Produce and quality assure technical publications and documentation
• Collaborate closely with development teams and technical project managers

• At least 5 years of experience in similar roles
• Deep technical understanding, preferably with a background in systems engineering
• Experience working in DOORS
• Good knowledge of requirements management and the ability to write specifications
• Experience in producing technical publications/documentation
• Experience in configuration management (CM)
• Ability to undergo and pass a security clearance (requires Swedish citizenship, dual citizenship is not accepted)
