At Teledyne FLIR TransponderTech in Linköping, you will work in a development environment where technology is used globally in maritime, aviation, and safety-critical systems. Here, you will play a central role in ensuring that documentation, requirements, and verification are aligned in the development of the next generation of navigation and communication systems.

Information about the position
Professionals Nord, in collaboration with Teledyne FLIR TransponderTech, is seeking a Technical Documentation Engineer. In this role, you will work closely with the development organization and four design managers to ensure that the product requirements, verification, and documentation are aligned throughout the development process.

You will work on-site in Linköping with the team. The organization values close collaboration and daily dialogue, where development, hardware, and software work together throughout the product lifecycle – from development to production.

This assignment is part of our personnel leasing. You will be employed by Professionals Nord and work as a consultant at Teledyne FLIR TransponderTech. The intention is that you will eventually be able to be directly employed by them, provided that all parties are satisfied with the collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Work with design documentation related to technical systems
• Ensure that requirements, design, and verification are aligned throughout the development process
• Update and structure documentation in the company's PDM system
• Prepare and drive design reviews
• Ensure that material declarations and regulatory requirements (REACH, RoHS, and CE) are met
• Coordinate qualification work and liaise with external testing and qualification companies
• Work closely with the organization's Configuration Manager and support the design leaders in the development process

We are looking for someone who
Has a technical background and thrives in a role where structure, system understanding, and quality are at the center. You do not need to develop hardware or software yourself, but you need to be able to understand technical systems and how different parts are interconnected throughout the development process. We see that you have: 

• A technical degree from a university or college, for example in mechanics, electronics, or systems engineering
• Experience working in a technical environment, such as product development, systems work, technical documentation, or ILS
• Good technical understanding and the ability to grasp how technical systems are constructed
• Experience working systematically with technical documentation, system structure, or other technical information
• Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
