About the Role

As a service desk specialist, you are the first and most important support for our internal employees when technology acts up – or when it just needs to work better.

You will be part of an engaged and knowledgeable service desk team that together ensures high availability, quick feedback, and a really good user experience. The role is broad, varied, and suits you who enjoy pace, responsibility, and solving problems for real.

A typical day may involve you:

  • identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving issues related to AD, Microsoft 365, networks, clients, and mobile devices
  • providing support via phone, ticket system, and in-person visits
  • managing accounts, permissions, and onboarding and offboarding users
  • registering, following up, and closing tickets in the ticket management system
  • escalating more complex issues according to established procedures
  • documenting solutions and contributing to the development of routines, guides, and working methods
  • monitoring operational status and communicating clearly during incidents or disruptions

We are looking for someone who thrives at the intersection of technology, service, and people. You easily build trust, listen to needs, and can explain technical solutions clearly and pedagogically.

You work in a structured manner, take ownership of your cases, and ensure they are driven to completion – even when the pace is high. Collaboration is a given for you, and you actively contribute to strengthening both the team and our common working methods.

We see that you have:

  • High school education
  • Experience in IT service and working in a service desk environment
  • Good understanding of IT environments such as AD, Microsoft 365, networks, and client management
  • Familiarity with ticket management systems, preferably ServiceNow
  • Experience in basic troubleshooting (e.g., VPN, Outlook, Teams)
  • Good communication skills in Swedish and English

It is a plus if you have:

  • ITIL certification (Foundation)
  • Knowledge of Intune, Azure, Microsoft 365, or SCCM
  • Experience in introducing, supporting, or coaching colleagues
  • Administrator skills in Jira
