Our client is now seeking an Assistant Program Manager (PL3) for a consulting assignment in the defense and manufacturing industry. Here, you will play a central role in a comprehensive program with many points of contact, working closely with program management and supplier teams to ensure structure, quality, and effective information management throughout the delivery flow. The assignment is suitable for you who thrive in a coordinating role with significant responsibility and want to work in a technically advanced environment.

In the role of assistant program manager, you will act as a coordinator for one of the supplier teams linked to an internal supplier. You will ensure that communication works across the entire supplier interface and that relevant plans and actions are developed, followed up, and kept updated, for example, within delivery tracking, quality status, and information flow.

You will administer and compile parts of the delivery documentation for delivery objects and continuously work with detailed data and tracking in IFS Sharp and Excel. Furthermore, you will support the regular program manager and planner by producing, analyzing, and presenting relevant key figures. The role entails broad administrative responsibility and provides a good overall understanding of the product flow – from detailed manufacturing to finished delivery objects.

• Approximately 4–7 years of relevant work experience

• Documented experience in administrative and coordinating work

• Very good knowledge of the Office suite, especially Excel

• Experience working in IFS Sharp or another ERP system

• Ability to work independently and take initiative

• Good collaboration skills and clear communication

• Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written

• Knowledge of Qlik

• Knowledge of Jira

• Experience in risk and opportunity management
