We are looking for several software developers for an assignment in the public sector where you will be part of an agile team that develops and further develops systems for external border control. The solutions are used in a security-critical context with high demands on quality, robustness, and confidentiality. You will work closely with the business to understand needs, develop the right solutions, and contribute in an expansive phase with new integrations, interfaces, and systems.

The team consists of software developers, requirements analysts, project managers, testers, and technical product specialists. Personal suitability is important.

• Develop and maintain Java-based systems in a security-critical environment
• Participate in requirements dialogue and translate business needs into technical solutions
• Work on integrating new hardware and developing new interfaces
• Collaborate in an agile team with developers, testing, and requirements
• Contribute to continuous improvement of work methods and technical quality

• At least five (5) years of documented experience in Java development (experience must have been obtained in the last eight (8) years)
• At least five (5) years of documented experience as a software developer
• Good ability to express oneself in speech and writing in Swedish
• Ability to undergo and pass a security clearance (requires Swedish citizenship, dual citizenship is not permitted)

• Experience working in security-classified operations
• Experience working in the public sector
• Experience working with biometric peripherals such as fingerprint readers and cameras
• Documented experience from at least one (1) assignment with Spring framework and/or Spring Boot (the assignment must have a duration of at least two (2) years)
• Documented experience from at least one (1) assignment related to Java EE development (experience must have been obtained in the last five (5) years and the assignment must have lasted at least twelve (12) months)
