As Technical Sales Support, you will play a key role in developing our existing customer relationships and act as presale in discussions with new customers and in procurements. Your main tasks will consist of customer dialogues, quotation work, and the creation of presentations. You will participate in customer meetings where you act as an expert and advisor to the business's customers in data storage, backup, and archiving.

With your expertise and consultative ability, you translate customers' needs and challenges into ready-to-deliver solutions. You clearly demonstrate both the business value and the operational advantages of Proact's services.

In this role, you will also work with project management, investigations, analyses, and plan and execute installations and upgrades at the customer site. Together with Proact's salespeople, you will be responsible for a number of customers in the region. Troubleshooting, fault correction, and system optimization are also part of your tasks. You will also work with script management, automation, and documentation within your area of responsibility.

To succeed and thrive as Technical Sales Support, we see that you have many years of work experience in the industry. You have previously worked in similar roles and/or have a deep technical understanding of complex IT environments in larger organizations.

As an applicant, you have deep knowledge of solution design within data centers, backup, and storage. We also see that you have good knowledge of Windows and Linux. You keep yourself updated on technological developments and industry trends and continuously further your education in relevant areas.

You also have very good skills in English and Swedish, both spoken and written. The position also requires that you have a B driver's license.

You have a natural drive and curiosity that makes you continuously strive for development by learning new things. Thanks to your meticulousness and sense of responsibility, you always deliver optimal work results with high quality.
