We are looking for a consulting manager for our office in Skellefteå. This is a role for you who want to be close to the business – out with customers, in dialogue with our consultants, and right in the middle of what happens every day.

You will work on recruiting and matching consultants to our customers in the industry in Skellefteå and surrounding areas. A large part of the role involves building relationships. Getting to know our consultants, understanding what motivates them, and being a reliable contact over time. At the same time, you build trust with customers by being available, solution-oriented, and clear.

You plan your own everyday life and move between offices, customer visits, and meetings with candidates. It is an operational role where you get to take responsibility – and where your presence makes a difference.

We are not looking for the perfect CV. We are looking for the right person.

You have probably worked in a role where relationships and responsibility have been central – perhaps in staffing, recruitment, HR, customer responsibility, or another business where people are the focus.

The most important thing is that you are confident in meeting others, have a natural drive, and enjoy building long-term collaborations. Experience from the industry is an advantage, but potential and attitude weigh heavier.

Employment type: Temporary with the possibility of permanent employment. Salary: 33,000–40,000 SEK/month depending on experience. A valid driver's license (B) is required.
