Service Center Employee

The first thing our customers encounter when they enter our premises at Bilbolaget is the Service Center. Therefore, we place great importance on ensuring that all our customers who call in or visit the facility are met in a friendly and professional manner. Your role with us will be incredibly important as satisfied customers are our top priority!

Job Responsibilities

As a Service Center Employee, your days will be diverse and fast-paced. Examples of tasks that often occur include:

• Selling spare parts over the counter for Volvo, Ford, Renault & Dacia, to both private and corporate customers
• Responding to emails and phone calls regarding spare parts sales and general inquiries such as Volvo on Call and Carpay card/app
• Receiving and handling car parts
• Welcoming customers who come into Bilbolaget & directing them to the respective department.
• Picking parts for the workshop & damage workshop

We are looking for someone who is a positive, open, structured, and sales-oriented person who enjoys contacting customers and understands the importance of making a good impression. Communication skills and quality awareness are prerequisites for succeeding with us. You have good computer skills and solid knowledge of the Office suite, and you are proficient in both Swedish and English, both spoken and written. We would prefer that you have previous experience in the automotive industry, but it is not a requirement for the position.
