Are you an HR student looking to gain practical experience alongside your studies? We are seeking a dedicated and meticulous student to support our local operations during a period when our HR resource is on parental leave. You will work partly remotely and partly on-site in Robertsfors, depending on the task and needs.
About the role
As an HR student with us, you will work on various administrative tasks and support processes within the personnel area. You will gain good insight into how HR functions in an organization with international contacts. You will receive an introduction from our current HR resource before the parental leave and can receive support from other parts of the organization if needed.
Examples of tasks
In this role, you may work on:
- Reviewing and adjusting translations of HR materials from English to Swedish
- Collecting schedule and employment documentation from managers and forwarding it to our payroll consultants
- Supporting the payroll process by reviewing preliminary payslips
- Reporting statistics
- Conducting work with active measures and salary mapping
We are looking for someone who
- Is studying the Human Resource Management program or a similar HR education
- Is structured, meticulous, and enjoys administrative tasks
- Has a good understanding of confidentiality and handling personal data
- Has excellent Swedish and good English in both spoken and written form
- Enjoys working independently and taking responsibility for their own tasks
About CoorsTek Sweden AB
We are part of the American CoorsTek group, which manufactures technical ceramic components for industries such as automotive, aerospace, semiconductors, and energy. We operate in the USA, Asia, and Europe. At our site in Robertsfors, we have about 50 employees. We are ISO certified and continuously work to improve our processes.
Employment information
- Part-time approximately 20%, tailored to fit alongside studies
- A combination of remote work and on-site work in Robertsfors
- Fixed-term employment until March 31, 2027
- Start date as agreed
