YOUR TASKS
As a payroll specialist, you will work closely with the finance department and HR, but primarily with our department managers regarding time reporting, payroll preparation, and contractual issues related to salaries.
Main tasks included in the job:
- Ongoing payroll work
- Reporting of employee-related taxes and fees
- Travel expense reports and reimbursements
- Reconciliation of payroll liabilities
- Reporting to Fora and Collectum
- Ensuring that salaries are prepared according to existing regulations
- Analytical investigations and reports
- Support to the finance department in ongoing work
- Support to department managers in matters concerning employment contracts, variable salary components, reporting to the Social Insurance Agency, etc.
YOUR BACKGROUND/CHARACTERISTICS
You have completed a post-secondary education as a payroll specialist/payroll consultant or another equivalent education and have at least 2-3 years of work experience in the field, where you have handled payroll for a larger or medium-sized company. You are accustomed to working digitally and have good experience working in a personnel and payroll system. Knowledge of bus and taxi agreements is considered an advantage.
As a person, you are both responsible and solution-oriented, which allows you to work independently within the framework of your job. You have good collaboration skills, communicate easily, and enjoy interacting with others. You are analytical and have a desire to understand the business as a whole in an organization that is in growth and change, where you are responsible for developing routines and processes within your area.
Attention to detail and a systematic approach are essential for success in this role.
You express yourself fluently in Swedish, both spoken and written.
