The position is a temporary contract for about 12 months as one of our employees is going on parental leave.
Your responsibilities
As an HR generalist with us, you will have a broad, varied, and developing assignment.
The HR function is responsible for driving and developing both the strategic and operational HR work within the company. You represent the employer and are a confident and knowledgeable support to our managers across the entire HR area, such as talent acquisition, personnel matters, rehabilitation, salary formation, work environment, and interpretation of collective agreements.
We are constantly working to improve and develop our processes and ways of working, and you are expected to take on a more strategic responsibility by driving development, implementation, and follow-up. You will also actively work with, for example, salary mapping and systematic work environment efforts. You participate in the safety committee and are a natural part of the work environment group.
Some administrative processes and tasks are also included in this position. Among other things, you will be responsible for producing and analyzing HR statistics and key figures, handling external reporting, and ensuring that our data is accurate and up-to-date.
Our mission is to guide, develop, drive, and support the organization in matters related to leadership, employee engagement, talent acquisition, work environment and wellness, salary formation, labor law, organizational culture, and equal treatment. HR provides ongoing support to managers and employees and is responsible for personnel and payroll administration.
We believe that you:
• Have a university or college degree in human resources, labor relations, or another relevant field.
• Have experience in similar HR roles and possess knowledge of labor law and collective agreements.
• Are quick to learn new systems and are accustomed to working with a computer as your primary tool.
• Have a valid driver's license and good knowledge of Swedish.
We place great importance on your personal qualities. To succeed in this role, you need to be a structured and self-driven person who enjoys taking responsibility and working proactively. You have good personal maturity and integrity, which allows you to handle both sensitive and complex issues with confidence and judgment. In this role, you also need to have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, where you can quickly understand different situations and contribute constructive solutions. Since the work involves close collaboration with managers and colleagues, we value your good teamwork skills and relationship-building approach. At the same time, you are flexible and can adapt when circumstances change or new needs arise.
We offer
An opportunity to work broadly within HR in an organization where you will be an important partner for managers and operations. Here you will have significant responsibility, varied tasks, and the opportunity to contribute to development at both the individual and organizational levels.
