The purpose of the municipal association Lystkom is to develop collaborations in various areas. Lystkom is responsible for the municipalities' customer service, telephony, e-service cards, as well as IT operations and technical support. Our employees are present in four of the member municipalities.

Our municipalities are Sami administrative areas and are located in the inland of Västerbotten County. We have changing seasons with good opportunities for a rich leisure time and good housing close to nature.

CUSTOMER SERVICE ADMINISTRATOR for Lycksele

ABOUT THE JOB

We are looking for a customer service administrator based in Lycksele. As a customer service administrator, you are the face of the municipal organizations. You primarily receive calls, messages, provide simple information, and handle cases. You staff the reception and assist physical visitors who want to contact the municipal organization. The work may include various administrative tasks.

ABOUT YOU

We are looking for someone who is outgoing and has a good sense of service and customer interaction. You should be proactive and solution-oriented to adapt to the needs of the organization and the people you meet at work. We also see that you are communicative and pedagogical, as you assist citizens and other stakeholders as well as internal users with various matters via phone, physical meetings, and digital tools.

The position requires you to be structured, quality-conscious, and able to handle many tasks simultaneously. You enjoy working in a team while being self-sufficient. You should be knowledgeable in the Office package software, and it is an advantage if you have experience working with digital case management systems or equivalent, as well as experience with systems for local bookings. You have a good ability to express yourself in Swedish both orally and in writing, as well as the ability to speak and understand English. It is an advantage if you have previously worked with telephony/customer service. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.

ABOUT US

Lystkom is a municipal association and is based in Lycksele with about 30 employees in the four member municipalities of Lycksele, Storuman, Vilhelmina, and Åsele. Lystkom customer service is one of the association's areas of collaboration. The work team consists of 10 people located in Lycksele, Storuman, Tärnaby, Vilhelmina, and Åsele. Customer service has evolved from being a traditional switchboard/reception to providing a broad service in first contact with the municipalities. You will be offered a job where incoming calls and visitors shape your day, and where the customer service administrator's task is to meet and assist our customers as much as possible.
