Field Sales Representative at Lantmännen Unibake
Do you want to represent some of Sweden's most well-known brands in bake-off and frozen bread products? Do you thrive in a role where you meet customers, build relationships, and develop a district with great potential? At Lantmännen Unibake, you will take full responsibility for your district, work closely with our customers, and be part of an engaged sales team. Here, you will have freedom under responsibility, variety in your daily work, and the opportunity to see clear results from your efforts.
Your Responsibilities
As a Field Sales Representative at Lantmännen Unibake, you will have a central and relationship-oriented role where you drive conceptual sales in the northern district. This means that you do not just sell individual products but help customers understand how our wide range can become part of their success. You represent our strong brands Bonjour and Hatting and create added value for both customers and end consumers by combining product knowledge, advice, and long-term business development. Your work primarily takes place at the customer’s location, where you are an engaged and proactive partner to store managers and staff. You are responsible for selling products and concepts, educating and inspiring in the assortment, and providing concrete advice on how our solutions can be used to drive additional sales. The role also involves participating in fairs, events, and customer meetings to strengthen our presence and build both new and existing relationships. You have full responsibility for the district, which includes Umeå, Skellefteå, Luleå, and the coastal strip to the north. The role is a hybrid of DVH and SVH where your presence and follow-up make a real difference, especially as an important part of the mission is to re-establish relationships after a vacancy period. To work in a structured and targeted manner, you will use our field sales system, Genero, which supports planning and prioritization in your daily work. The work is independent with great opportunities to influence your own planning. At the same time, you are part of an engaged and supportive team with Patrick Folkhage as your immediate manager, where you share knowledge, ideas, and work towards common goals. You will work from your home office and make regular trips within the district, which means flexibility and a few overnight stays per month. Placement can be in Umeå, Skellefteå, Piteå, or Luleå.
What You Need to Succeed and Thrive
You have:
- Experience in sales within DVH and/or SVH at an operational level.
- Documented experience of being responsible for a sales budget with good results.
- A strong business sense with the ability to advise customers in their business development, related to our products and data analysis.
- Good knowledge of the Office suite.
- Driver's license (B).
- Good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written.
- A curiosity and willingness to develop your sales processes.
It is also advantageous if you have:
- Experience working in the sales system Genero.
- Experience contributing to the improvement and development of sales processes related to follow-up, digital tools, and similar.
You Are:
- Results-oriented with a strong sense of ownership – you take full responsibility for your district and work long-term to create value by focusing on product relevance for the customer based on their needs.
- Driven and persistent – you maintain direction even when obstacles arise and see the big picture while being open to others' perspectives.
- Relationship-building, creating trust and establishing sustainable, professional relationships with customers and colleagues.
- A team player – you share knowledge, collaborate, and actively contribute to the team's success together.
- Independent and solution-oriented – you take ownership, initiate actions to drive work forward, and are confident in asking for support when needed.
Of course, you share our values – Openness, Holistic View, Action Orientation – and our promise to take responsibility from farm to table.
