About the position

As a customer service agent with us, you will work at our office in central Umeå. We are located in newly renovated premises on the 10th floor of Thulehuset with a fantastic view over the river.

You will work in a smaller team where you together are the face of several brands, being the first point of contact for customers via calls, email management, and chat. Team spirit, job satisfaction, good service, and development are what characterize a workday with us. Working hours are mostly during office hours Monday to Friday 08-17, and we appreciate your flexibility if other needs arise.

We work with variable pay, as we want the work you put in to be reflected in your paycheck. That said, it is important for us that our employees feel secure, so we also have a guaranteed monthly salary according to our collective agreement with Unionen.

Who are we looking for?

For the position, it is required that you

  • have good Swedish and English language skills in both spoken and written form

  • have a high school education or equivalent experience

  • have previous work experience and references

  • are computer literate

To succeed in your role as a customer service employee, it is a big plus if you are stress-resistant. The job requires you to handle multiple projects simultaneously, and you should not be afraid to find your own solutions. Furthermore, we see that you understand the importance of good communication regardless of whether you are in contact with customers or colleagues. Having experience in similar work is a plus, but above all, we place great importance on who you are as a person and your ability to develop with us.

Interviews are conducted on an ongoing basis, and the position will start as agreed.
