For this role, you need:
  • A completed upper secondary education (high school diploma).

  • Previous work experience in customer service.

  • At least one year remaining in any post-secondary education, or alternatively, a burning interest in economics and a choice to work part-time for other reasons.

  • Very good proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

  • Availability to complete a three-week continuous induction period during daytime hours.

  • Flexibility regarding working hours.

  • Ability to work at least two shifts per week and five days per week during the summer.
