ABOUT THE JOB

We are now looking for a solution-oriented administrator for the economic unit.

The economic unit is responsible for the municipality's economic administration. This includes coordinating ongoing accounting, invoice management, budgeting, year-end closing, and financial issues. We provide economic managers, politicians, and the public with a good understanding of the economic situation. The unit consists of economic administrators, committee and company economists, as well as procurement officers and budget and debt advisors.

As an economic administrator, you will work daily with the management of the municipality's accounts receivable, bookkeeping, and other economic administration. Part of the job is to identify improvement opportunities and propose effective solutions, both for economic and system processes.

The work requires sensitivity and understanding of the needs of municipal operations. Through your tasks, you will gain good insight into the areas of work of the relevant committees and operations, and you will be an important cog in the municipal administration. As an administrator, you will work in a team of five employees.
