Part-time/Full-time Mentor in Umeå

We are currently seeking a part-time/full-time mentor in Umeå to support us in providing the service 'Career Guidance' on behalf of the Employment Service. If you are an engaged mentor, Ability is ready to collaborate with you to create a better world!

As our colleague, you will work closely with Ability's experienced leaders and colleagues to create a safe and supportive work environment. You will have the opportunity to develop and reach a high level of competence within the service, and you will be part of an extensive network that spans the entire country.

Qualifications

• At least one (1) year of full-time studies at the post-secondary level with at least a passing grade, and
• At least three (3) years of work experience equivalent to full-time in one or more of the following professions or tasks:
• supervision with personnel responsibility
• recruitment
• transition work for job seekers
• study and career guidance
• handling personnel issues (not just personnel administration)
• work with labor and labor market issues
• work with social and group psychology
• career guidance
