In this role, you will work in a Nordic finance team responsible for Sweden, Norway, and Finland, where the Finnish market is a central part of the assignment. You will have ongoing contact with both internal functions and external partners, making language a key competence in the role.
 

The tasks are broad and combine accounting, analysis, and administration in an organization characterized by structure, quality, and a fast pace.

• Accounting and bookkeeping related to bonus and partnership agreements
• Preparation and quality assurance of financial reports and decision-making materials
• Invoice registration, verification, and matching before payments
• Reconciliations and analysis of bonus-related provisions
• Ongoing financial support for the Finnish market
• Collaboration with sales, finance, and support functions in the Nordics
• Contribute to the development and improvement of working methods and routines
   

• Has a university degree in economics (bachelor's)
• Has 1–4 years of experience as an accounting economist or in a similar role
• Is fluent in Finnish, both spoken and written 
• Has very good knowledge of English and Swedish
• Is confident in working with accounting, contracts, and financial flows
• Has very good skills in Excel
   

• Experience from banking, finance, or related fields
• Experience in international or Nordic organizations
• Experience from larger, structured companies
