Nordisk Kompetens is a growing recruitment and transition provider. We now need to strengthen our expertise across Sweden with experienced recruiters/coaches for the RUSTA OCH MATCHA service and other services.

Nordisk Kompetens works with the Employment Service RUSTA OCH MATCHA, transition for Trygghetsstiftelsen TSn, Trygghetsfonden TSL, Sobona (formerly KFS), TRS, TRR. Nordisk Kompetens also works with Staffing and Recruitment.

We are triple certified by Almega in transition, staffing, and recruitment, and we use tools such as JTI, Matrigma, Ascend, MAPX, MAP, Match V, MINT, AON.
